"The property was fantastic. Good space, well equipped, easy access. No issues. The only issue I had was the cleaning fee was tacked on for a one-night stay and wasn’t included in the quote I received during booking. Possibly my oversight, but it made the short stay unreasonably expensive - would have been palatable for an extended stay."

"Our stay at Robin's Cabin was spectacular! Pam was available every step of the way to answer questions I had. We enjoyed all the things the cabin had to offer. Cabin was equipped with everything we needed. Very clean and cozy place. I especially enjoyed my morning walks/runs around the trail behind the cabin. Definitely 10/10 recommend!"

"Pros:Overall excellent! Great for families. Tons of activities provided, Indoor/outdoor. Don’t overpack!Sauna, Cold plunge, pool, hot tub, fire pit, grill, swim dock on the river all great for adults and kids!AC frosty even in 90 tempsOnly rained once but the game room and theater kept the kids occupied and the adults happy. Cons:Check for issues on arrival and communicate to manager. Gerard, the tech, was quick to respond to issues.General issues: Freezer in main kitchen was not functioning properly. Area rug corners not taped down potential trip hazard. Gerard had to repair the ladder on the swim deck and one door handle on sliding door. Personal issues:Properly on a steep slope, so anyone with mobility issues may find it challenging. Property is new and modern so things like a rainforest shower to a remote control bidet require a learning curve. Daren the nosey neighbor is allergic to children laughing and playing in the pool. Apparently he goes to bed around 6:00 pm. (He did video us once around a fence.) Just saying,Conclusion:We have rented property both condominiums and houses on the Emerald Coast in FLA for years and except for the sand and surf this spot in Hot Springs was less stress and more fun! Thanks Tanya!"

"Such a peaceful weekend. The property was exactly as advertised. We used kayaks and paddle board. Had one question, it was answered quickly. The only suggestion I would make is the bedroom needed a small air conditioner, There was a ceiling fan and small fan in the cabin that helped but the late July heat was difficult to combat at night while sleeping. Loved the place otherwise. Would definitely recommend!"

"The cabin was so adorable! Directions for using the code for the gate and door were very clear and straightforward. Everything was clean and cozy. We enjoyed the quiet campground right on the water with a walking path and boating dock. The campground was also close to downtown and a grocery store without being in a heavy traffic area. We had such a nice stay celebrating our anniversary, we would recommend this over and over again."

"Air conditioning was adjusted by the host remotely which was bad because it was very hot in the apartment and when we adjusted it to 72 degrees to cool off then the host would adjust it back to 78. It was a constant battle the entire time we stayed there. I do understand it needing to be on 75 when not there but in the mornings when we woke up at 7 it was already adjusted to 78. I have asthma and making it that hot in there makes it hard to breath. Also I had to buy batteries for 2 tv remotes and for the remote that controls the light and fan in the living room. There was no way in contacting the host. Never will stay there again."
