"The hotel is located right next to the train station, just 1 min walk to the side entrance. Perfect for travelling to Zermatt. Very quiet area, but felt safe.
Buffet breakfast was included. Food was ok (or “good” in Swiss standard).
The hotel was quite old yet the rooms were renovated. The toilet was small but functional. The room was not too spacious. You can still have 2 large suitcases opened at the same time. The bed was soft, and the pillow was basically non-existent. Not supportive at all. Had to put some clothes under the pillow. The handle of the window needed a repair.
Staff wasn’t very passionate. Wasn’t rude by any means though. Not sure if that was a Swiss thing or not.
