「Great stay」

「Very nice and spacious room. Had a nice morning breakfast. The only downfall was pour water pressure in the shower on the fifth floor.」

「This was an excellent affordable stay!」

「Awesome place! Friendly staff, good walking area for activities! No complaints」

「Very disgusted in the state of our room/ property. There were huge stains on the sofa in the common area. There were large holes 8-10” in the blinds from sun rot, stains on the ceiling and the room showed a lot of wear with nicks and gouges in the wood. We shared a bathroom but the towels were left in the bathroom and there were no washcloths and only 2 hand towels for 4 rooms. This was a BED and BREAKFAST but the host asked us to pay $40 extra for breakfast. He said it was only included in...

「Everything was fine except we could never get our room cooler than 72°.」

「Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. We were up on the 17th floor and had a great view of the river and surrounding area! Staff were welcoming friendly and always willing to help and answer questions! Walking distance to the Grand Casino Arena where we watched a concert and the main reason we booked with this hotel.」

「I was unsure if the hotel I booked it last minute for a concert. It was very reasonable so I went with an open mind a place to sleep. From the minute I walked in Chelsea greeted me with warm cookies and free water and early check in and room on the top floor! Truly outstanding experience! Loved the bar I could sit at and relax and close to concert! A great solo weekend away felt safe and comfortable!」

「It was the best experience overall」

「The location was great and the room was awesome! Breakfast was 5 stars!」
