“The room was clean and tidy and the shower was very good. Good water pressure. Has a bathtub too. The lobby looks nice and is 24/7 service. There is a car park that can access to the room directly (same elevator) Hair dryer provided , mini fridge available (at cost) , no kettle or free bottled water.”

“Für eine Übernachtung um anschließend weiterzufahren ist es für uns okay gewesen. Zimmer im 80 Look stehen geblieben und nicht unbedingt gut gepflegt. Fitnessraum sieht auf den Bildern besser aus als vor Ort. Der kleine Pool war nicht sauber und ist halt mit zwei drei Personen im Wasser entsprechend voll. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich.”

“Rooms were a good size. A plus was a bath and shower although you have improvise and make your own plug . The bar is a bit limited but there are plenty of nearby places. A big plus is its right next to the bus and train station and the number 1 tram line which gives you access to the rest of the city. The breakfast is just ok with eggs eggs eggs eggs( maybe beans tomatoes could be added ) Bacon wasn’t on offer for 2 of the days and the toaster was constantly turned off There is……

“No hay recepción. Te atienden por un interfono y tienes que gestionarlo tú todo; registro de datos (previamente), pago, esperar que te manden códigos. Cuando el personal está a la vuelta de la esquina en otro hotel. Me sorprendió ”

“Quite simply the best hotel we have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived and were greeted like friends with care and patience from the staff on reception this was a memorable stay. The bar staff are fabulous and courteous and help you with Spanish / English and when you get it right it’s “Perfecto”. They are super attentive and make sure no glasses or bottles are left on tables. They will even take your drinks to your seat. And the smile of everyone as well when you order a drink and ask……

“Horrible hotel. Everything. Property is very dated. Not a 4 star. Shower was broken. Air conditioning broke down and was weak at best. Housekeeping didn’t come clean. They charge 9 euros to use the gym. Seriously?!?! Then you pay them for parking but you have to get a ticket from reception in order to get your car out of the lot and the lineups are massive ! Worst experience ever. Don’t go here!”

For a 3 stars : not great Slapping the door is making noice at morning starting at 7.30 am ! not good Sunday morning When you want to relax Swimming pool outside OK swimming pool inside : you have to pay 15€ per person per 50 mns stay .. not great point !”
