"TERRIBLE a NIGHTMARE No lights did no work for 2 days an nobody helped No power the switches did not work did no shower in 2 days the water Pomp did nor work because of no power. "Nice hotel, booked a suite for 1 night on the way to locarno, very nice room & wish i had booked for longer to take in varese more but i know now for next time. Very good breakfast & we made use of the nice swimming pool before leaving, my great granddaughter loved it & said the room was VIP with 2 balconies & 2 bedrooms so that made us laugh. Would stay again & an easy drive from malpensa."
