Immaculately clean and super well equipped! We might come back just for fun next time. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and didn’t get to relax or enjoy the serenity of this property! “I had a 5 night stay here. It was such a relaxing stay. My small dog and I were welcomed by Toby the dog. Cynthia gave us clear instructions of how to get to the cottage and settled in. My dog and I walked the neighborhood daily. The street and homes looked as if it could be in a movie. Neighbors were friendly. The hot tub is behind the cottage, perfect for some privacy. The room was clean, well stocked and cozy. Downtown is minutes away. I will definitely make another reservation when I need a……

The host was amazing at communicating and answering any inquiries I had. Shopping centers are super close for anything needed. The entry to the apartment is easy and very private/convenient. “This home was amazing. The house truly fits it’s name. The scenery is breathtaking with views of the lake and river. The location was perfect with short distances to near by hikes and water sources, but also just minutes away from shopping and restaurants. The house had everything we needed. “We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. We had a group of several adults, couples and singles, which the room layout accommodated very well. Three bathrooms was a real benefit. Having two master bed/bath combos was great. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. The BBQ had propane. It was perfect for our needs. “We went down to Sacramento for a concert and Sway’s place was perfectly located close to restaurants and very close to Golden one center. He had snacks and cute little gifts for us when we arrived and was super communicative the whole time. The place is cozy and updated and just truly perfect for our short stay in Sacramento.”

“Room is nice and clean but very noisy. Our room is close to major road and even worst is next to Macdonald's drive thru. You can hear all kind of vehicles pass by your window all night! Don’t stay at this hotel’s rooms facing Macdonald's side. ”
