"I suppose I should be thankful for the price but I did not have a good experience at the hotel. I had no idea there was construction going on during my stay. Most rooms are under renovation. During my stay: there was no shower curtain on the shower. The tv didn’t work. There was no housekeeping in the 4 nights I stayed there. While the staff was nice these issues could not be overlooked and they were slow to resolve them. At least the beds were comfortable and the lobby cookies were tasty. "

"Hotel room could use some updating with the cabinetry in both the bathroom and kitchen. There also needs to be a better air/heating system in the bedroom. We were in the 2 bed room which had a queen-size bed in the living room (not a sofa bed) and a king bed in a separate room. The air/heating system is in the living room and with the bedroom door closed there was no ventilation. They had a portable fan but due to the limited outlets in the room as well as the design of the fan, and the door being closed, the room was very warm. This is also a pet friendly hotel!! I didn't realize it until we were checking in. When we stayed in another Larkspur Landing, we didn't come across pets."

"Paid for breakfast but it didn't get honored.outside is kind of sketchy with people hanging out that I don't believe we're staying at the hotel, got woken up in the middle of the night because somebody pulled the fire alarm, so we had to evacuate. These may be a lot of things that the staff didn't have control of the staff was nice.And despite what outside looked like, the rooms were real clean and comfortable Don't know if I will ever stay here again. Not that the hotel is bad, but outside is very sketchy."

"One of the worst rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The 5th floor is below the cub and there was a wedding party blasting music until 1130 pm. There is no soundproofing at all, including for street noise. The room showed visible signs of disrepair and our toilet was clogged before using it. The check in process is absolutely horrible. There is no visible signage showing where the hotel is, and good luck getting your bags to the lobby - there is no parking or blocked off area for checking in out front. Valet is laughably expensive. The staff are all good, minus the women who checked us in. The restaurant was good as well, but also pricey. Comped breakfast did not make up for the lost night off sleep on a busy travel day. Not a comfortable stay, would not recommend. "

"Clean room and comfortable beds. WiFi is a bit spotty and slow from our room. Fire alarms also went off a couple of times at our wing at 2am, and there was no communication or assurance from hotel management."
