The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, the woman that was working the general store next to the check-in was very cold and unwelcoming. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice. You have to use your key card to make the elevator go up, so that helps keep unwanteds out which is nice.

That was possibly the most quickest check-in I have ever experienced. Very polite staff. It’s a lovely hotel and the rooms are so nice and clean. I’m not even giving this review because she upgraded us to the 11th floor. It’s overall a very nice hotel and we’ve stayed at a bunch of different hotels when we go up to Sacramento for dance competitions. Definitely going to be a regular stay for us. Thank you, Hyatt Regency.

My favorite hotel in Sacramento. Clean and spacious rooms, a wonderful bar with great cocktails, and Dawson’s is conveniently inside for a delicious dinner. Close to everything you could need downtown. Great valet service and I can trust leaving my car.

The hotel was in walking distance from the golden one area. And we felt safe walking. The Bed was comfortable and, the room had space and the bar had the best sweet potato fries I’ve ever had. Great place to stay!
