The bed had stains. The shower had hair. There were dead bugs on the floor. My neighbors to the left of me seem to be living there with a dog and they just let it bark. The neighbor to the right of me seem to live there as well and had the police come do a welfare check on them. I was there for 20min tops before I asked the clerk for a refund. Do not stay here.

I am extremely disappointed with this property. The place is terrible, it smells horrible, and it is completely unacceptable. What I found when I arrived is absolutely nothing like what was shown in the pictures or described when I made the reservation. The condition of the property is completely different from what was advertised. I do not feel comfortable staying here and will not be staying at this property. I am requesting a full refund because the accommodation I received is not what I paid for or what was advertised.

This is a very nice budget hotel. I have stayed here a few times and it is always perfectly clean and I get a good night's sleep. The staff is friendly, helpful, and fast. I will definitely stay here again.

Looks like this was an Extended stay hotel and lots for people are living there. Every where there is smell of Pee and Weed specially in evening. People are making noise all the time and talking loud etc. I will never ask any family to live in such a place.

What in the actual f. First of all, there are a ton of long term tenants that are loud, dirty, and party through the wee hours of the night. Screaming children at 1am, junk and trash all over the property, you know all the fun stuff. Then we get into our room & it reeks of cigarettes (surprise surprise) I should have read the reviews before booking. And it smelled of mold. Dead cockroaches on the floor. But wait! Live ones too! In fact I woke up at 4am to one crawling on me. I had just driven 7 hours and just needed a place to sleep but a dumpster would have been better.

Cockroaches in the rooms, heavy smoke smell. Bed sheets heavily stained. We had reservations for 2 room's and they both were the same. As soon as we saw this we returned the keys and left. Sketchy people in the parking lot. I do not recommend at all. Should not even be listed in any websites.

I will check the reviews next time. I was in a hurry. It was one of the less expensive places to stay, but you get what you pay for. They need pest control. They have roaches and lots of other little flying bugs that I've never seen before. The place reeks of cigarettes. People live there and some were having a party on a Wednesday night. The air condition unit kept turning on and off. The small refrigerator had sticky stuff all over the top of it. The bed covers needs to be replaced. They had multiple cigarette burns and stains. Also the bed covers had other people's hair on it. I didn't notice any bed bugs, but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

There was hair on the floor, pubic hair in the shower, used soap, dirty towels. The beds were dirty and had holes that were most likely from cigarettes which i ended up sleepingon the desk which had holes in it that i could put my finger through. The room overall had a weird funk like weed. The TV would turn on but no channel would work. The sink fell apart (handle came off) and the whole faucet would rotate, the microwave had rust all over inside of it. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone

A few things: I saw they rebranded and visited their website. The pictures on there are fake. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and I stayed here years ago when it was the Motel 6 and kept reasonably clean. This is now basically a homeless camp. People BBQing outside their door. Dogs running around the parking lot. Everyone chain smoking on the balconies. There are clotheslines strung from stairs. People sit in their broken cars for hours, waiting on the money to get a room for the night. This is not a hotel, this is the projects. Do NOT stay here. I cannot believe this was in Davis. I’m a grown man and once I got my things in my room, I moved my car a quarter mile to a neighborhood for safe keeping, and walked back. There are broken down cars in that lot that are filled with “stuff” and haven’t moved in months. Had to pass by multiple questionable characters just sitting in folding chairs outside their rooms to get to mine. Just powered through, locked myself in for the evening. Music blasting until around 1am. There were families of cockroaches in my room that I discovered overnight, and the next morning realized the smoke detector was covered with plastic wrap — which isn’t surprising at all since the room smelled like an ashtray. I want my $78 back. I’m stunned they’re even listed as a hotel since everyone but me clearly lived there. This by far is the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
