Our room was absolutely filthy. There were stains everywhere — on the bedding, bed skirt, and even the nightstands. The linens were full of holes, and the blackout curtains had so many tiny holes that sunlight streamed through in the morning. It looked like moth damage, but honestly, it was hard to tell. We rented the suite with one king bed and two queens, and one of the queen beds smelled strongly of cat urine. The furniture and flooring were old and dirty, and the entire room felt neglected. It’s clear they don’t clean thoroughly between guests — something as simple as wiping down the nightstands had been missed. Unfortunately, we arrived around 2 a.m. and had to leave early for a bridal shower, so we didn’t see just how bad it was until later that day. By then, it was too late to request another room, and we only had to endure one more night. Still, I felt genuinely uncomfortable staying there. We grabbed some food on our way out to the bridal shower, and it was fine — nothing amazing, just very basic but tolerable. Overall, they seriously need to invest in new linens, furniture, and flooring — and, more importantly, better cleaning practices. I would never stay here again and regret not speaking up immediately about the condition of the room.

The breakfast was great, a lot of selection of different food. Hard broil eggs, scramble eggs, sausages, potatoes, bread, bagels, muffins, fresh fruits, self made waffles, cereals, etc. The staff are wonderful. I have an issue of not knowing how to turn on the stove in my room and called the front desk. A staff knocked on the door about a minute later to help. All the staffs are very polite.

I love the inclusive atmosphere- staff, and guests. Very family friendly. The breakfast was great- many choices. Very well stocked. You can eat inside or outside. All areas were clean. Pool hours were great for the grandkids. Loved the set up of the room. Grandpa could go to bed early, as we had 2 bedrooms (got the 2 youngest to sleep and still had a living room with a pull out couch / kitchen for the oldest to watch tv.

Sofa bed had an old spring mattress and so not comfortable to sleep an adult and a child together. I had to improvise with some layers of blankets on the floor. Otherwise, everything was ok. The breakfast was very well served and we enjoyed the pool.

Stove and microwave wouldn’t work in the room. Fridge and freezer was barely cold Which was the point we booked because of the kitchenette. We had a infant and elderly Dog that both required proper freezer storage for their food. Luckily I had traveled with a cooler and ice packs. Staff was great , someone got us a second microwave to plug in to use. The room cleanliness was questionable. I say this because paper towels were dirty on the sides. The bathroom area the floor tile has grout and you can clearly tell it’s discolored unevenly. A quick mop wouldn’t clean those. I’m guessing it’s just dirt build up. So that was gross. Our last visit was better.
