Clean room, great customer service (reception desk and the restaurant). Great amenities. We went during Christmas week and they offer so many things such as wine tasting, s’mores making, rental bikes, morning yoga, food credits to their hotel restaurant, WiFi, etc. you definitely get your money back from the daily resort fee!

We had a nice stay. The staff was friendly, the rooms were comfortable. There were some nice offerings including a daily wine hour and smores. The value was good. We used the spa which was nice enough. 4 stars instead of 5 because the building is a little older and the steam room in the men's room at the spa was broken. The location was fine - good access for getting on the highway for wine tasting - about a 10-15m from downtown Napa.

Amazing hotel in Napa Valley! We had an amazing check in process where we upgraded our room and got a complimentary bottle of wine. Our room was amazing! Fire pit and hammock right outside the room on the patio. Easy to get Ubers to the vineyards and wineries. Overall great hotel and will definitely stay here again!

Overall facility was clean and well maintained and staff was very nice. Unfortunately we faced air conditioning issue and technician came 3 times during 2 days to start it. Hotel offered another room on third night. Another setback was that Spa center was closed for 2 days during our trip so we were not able to use steam/sauna.
