Everything was great. The staff even let me check in a couple hours early without making a big deal. The room was very clean and the bartender was very friendly. The drinks were very expensive but nobody forced me to order them so its really on me. All in all i was very satisfied.

Staff was very accommodating. The pool/spa area was spotless as was all other common areas. It’s not a great area to walk outside but very nearby is the American river and lake natomas which is great for biking/running and walking with old town Folsom real close by as well. Super quaint old town with lots of shops and eateries etc. great stay and highly recommend this Holiday Inn.

Veronica and the front desk staff were very sweet and helpful! Room was clean and spacious, especially appreciated the dove toiletries in the bathroom Breakfast buffet was standard but enjoyable! Walkable to Gold line made getting around very easy! Some noise as they have exterior construction going on but they made us aware of that ahead of time

The hotel is located adjacent to a freeway. My wife kept waking up and got a terrible nights rest because the noise from vehicles. Our room was on the 2nd floor close to the ice maker. The noise from it startled my wife and woke up her up too. The desk staff were nice and professional at check in. However, it appears they limit their service to patrons using 3rd parties like Expedia. I asked for a printed receipt when checking out and was told it will be emailed since I went thru a third party. Sounds odd. I wonder if we were given the room near the ice machine bc we used Expedia.
