The hotel was clean and updated. There are a variety of restaurants. The mall and other big box stores are a few minutes away. Reasonably priced as well.

The only reason I selected this property was for the “included breakfast”. Breakfast was a far reach. They had a waffle maker that didn’t cook all the way through and a few cereals and that was it.

When we checked in we were notified there was construction going on in the hotel, didnt realize it was going to be room next to ours. At the end of the day, it was a choice by the hotel staff to put is in that room.

Great location for visiting USAF Museum and other Dayton landmarks. Disappointed the gym closure for renovation and pool policy- no swimming alone. Several good restaurants nearby including Mr. Shawarma Mediterranean cuisine.

I appreciate that the staff was able to change the check in date. It was made one day late by error. We checked in the room. Overall the room was good however the bathroom, we saw the trace of black mold (whether it was addressed and could not wiped off), also the hard water stain and faucet had some greenish scam… it was bad, should have been addressed by housekeeping. I mentioned at the check out. We arrived late and by the time I used the bathroom we had no energy to request a room change. Overall, it was probably due to staff shortage, so we empathized but these are some basic hotel maintenance 101.

I would not recommend, I had to use an entire Mr clean magic eraser to get all the scum off the tub. I told the employee and he said they were replacing the tubs. So what? Do they not clean them now? The pool is indoor but not heated!! Very cold. Pubes on shower wall, soap scum on sinks and counters. Just looks like they do, "just enough". Looks good with the lights off.

Checkout was 11:00 and we used the pool until 10:30 so we could have time to go back up to the room and change before we hit the road. Problem was, BOTH of our key cards were deactivated. Not much fun for my family to sit and wait in the hallway while i had to go to the front desk to get the cards activated. Also, the breakfast is weak to say the least.

Attempted to check in at 2:00 to get key and leave luggage, said I'd be back late tonight. First hotel that said that will be a $10 fee, Zach was somewhat rude, first and last time I stay here. Breakfast, I got the last yogurt at 7:15, most everything else was gone at that time. OJ was empty.

We checked into a room and the TV did not work so they offered to put us in a second room. Underneath both of the double beds in the second room had food and cups underneath it was disgusting then at check out they wanted to charge me $10 for a washcloth I had used to clean up a small coffee spill. So I took the guy at the front desk up to the room to show him underneath the two beds And made him call it even. I will never stay here again.

Beds are smaller than a queen. Toilet seat was broken. Stain on sheet on one of the beds. Dirty washcloth hanging on shower curtain. Carpets need cleaned. Very small elevator. Breakfast is nothing to be excited for. Very outdated. No reimbursement or offer to change rooms.

Seems like they are fixing up the property, which is good. Lobby was nice. Our room was partially renovated. But shower was in poor condition. And our room smelled like smoke, even though was supposed to be a non smoking room. It was fine for the one night we needed to be in town and reasonably priced. But I wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer.
