「Positives: I loved the location. Next to walking paths, restaurants, grocery store, athletic fields, aquatic center, and Potomac overlook. Close to DC without being in it. I felt safe in the area. Negatives: I did not like having to provide a selfie for me and IDs for relatives staying with me. This was due to no front desk personnel on site: I had to deal with issues through customer service personnel in another state. I was very disappointed when a maintenance worker walked into the apartment...

「A winter stay didn't allow for seeing all the benefits of the location, but it seemed like a good spot for metro and highway access. The building is dated but clean. The unit was clean and functional. The kitchen was fine and well appointed with all of the expected necessities. The bathrooms are in need of updating. Some water damage is evident. And one shower head did not work at all, but I'm sure it will be resolved. The living areas were clean. A true coffee table would be better to...

「Perfect for my event that I had for National Harbor. Quiet, Clean, accessible and so convenient that there are stores below to grab coffee, food and some light grocery shopping at Aldi. Check in process a bit confusing with the various messages from a service. I couldn't locate where to get the key, but once I did, it was smooth sailing. Check out easy.」

「Wonderful experience in a lovely family home with a private apartment snd private entrance. A very nice yard is also available to guests.This is a good location. We had easy access to the Takoma Park area. We would recommend this apartment to anyone who would like to be in this area.」

「The host and his wife were very welcoming, knowledgeable about local history, and informative of the best ways to “get around”, things to do and restaurants to try! The space was ideal for one person (the lounging/love seat area is really the only space not made for 2 people). The hosts thought of so many small touches that made the stay even better (cold drinks, snacks, menus, metro card, maps, etc). I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.」

「This place was just what was expected and what was advertised. It was amazingly clean with everything as described. The location was close to main roads (NY Ave, West Virginia Ave, etc) but in a quiet neighborhood. Parking was street parking (no permit needed; just have to watch for street sweeping twice a week) but we found a spot within 3-4 blocks...and mostly right in front of the unit. Beds and the unit were very comfortable and made for a good stay.」

「Apartment was clean and conveniently located by the Metro station. It had everything we needed. Traveled to tours and DAC airport very easily. The host was very easy communicate with and quick to respond. I would most definitely visit again! 」
