Air conditioners were extremely loud. We changed rooms on arrival thinking it was a maintenance issue. Not the case. All wall units are extremely loud and we didn’t sleep at all. The front desk is aware of the issue. If you’re looking for rest, this isn’t the place.

The hotel is new just 1 month old and I realize they need time to get the kinks out. It was very clean and the staff was great. The issue I had was with the room. The room was clean and spacious. The toilet backed up and the AC sounded like a freight train was in our room. The breakfast was terrific but watch out for the coffee cup tops. They pop off easy!

The hotel is a beautiful new hotel and the staff is incredibly friendly. I couldn't believe for a new hotel how horrible the water pressure was. Both in the evening and morning I had to wash my hair in the sink because the water pressure was so low in the shower. Considering the cost I find it unacceptable for this to have been part of the stay. I didn't relay the info to the front desk cause I'm sure there isn't anything that could have been done to an individual room. A real shame for such a nice place.

The room was small but spotless; no tub; when fan was on high it sounded like a like a cement mixer...mush too loud; The worst experience I've ever had concerned the smoke alarm which has a very bright, although brief, but repetitive flash of light every 20 -30 seconds, barely noticeable during the day but terrible at night...I mentioned it to the very receptive hotel manager who said he'd look into it. For those of us of a certain age for whom walking in a new place at night is dangerous, a nightlight would be very helpful Finally, there is no dim night lite in the bathroom; instead, when the door is opened a brilliant light comes on which is reflected to a full length mirror in the hall opposite the bath room door and lights up the entire room like it's daylight...TERRIBLE
