「Room was clean upon arrival. Got Charged cleaning deposit but in the 2 days I was there housekeeping never came into my room. I had clean towels for the first day I was there and was not able to get another shower after that. They had unexpected deposits that should have been disclosed at time of booking. This hotel is a indigent hotel and the noise level was a problem. The hall way stunk of cigarette smoke which seeped under the door into my room. I was supposed to get $58.00 refunded to me...

「The room layout is great- 2 full size beds, pullout sofa, and a queen bed in a separate room. However, the sink is in the bathroom while many hotels have it just outside the bathroom, so 2 people can get ready at the same time. Also, the area with the pullout sofa didn't have any specific lighting, which seemed odd. The pool is basic, but it lacked a hot tub. The workout facility was adequate, but lacked free weights. The complimentary breakfast didn't offer any hot food, which is fine, since...

「I lost money at this hotel. I lived on the 3rd floor. I went out to the balcony. They fell into the room and smoked in the room. I didn’t know the other thing. I also deducted my bank card for $266.88. Too bad. Don’t go live.」

「The room I stayed in was bare minimum. We had nothing in it besides beds and 1 desk chair. I had hoped to have a coffee pot or microwave or mini fridge. We had to go buy a cooler to put drinks in. The only upside was we saw no bugs of any kind. The bed spreads had burn marks on underside. So at first I thought it was a bug. The room was disappointing to say the least. I found out towards the end of our stay that there is an elevator and we didn’t have to climb and lug suitcases up three flights...

「Looked like a ghost town. Nothing was open or functional. The only amenity that could possibly be used was the fitness center. They shouldn’t charge more than $75 per night until they get the place functional again.」
