We enjoyed our time in Vallejo. Conveniently located only minutes from the San Francisco Bay Ferry or an easy drive to Napa, this location is perfectly situated to enjoy everything the Bay Area has to offer. The large deck and hot tub are perfect to enjoy the beautiful weather and sites.

The location was a bit sketchy getting to the house, but once there it was a quiet area with great views! John the host was great, and made sure if we needed anything to let him know. Overall it was a great property with a great host!

We had. Very nice stay . This was good location and cost for us to travel to Napa and Sonoma valley . The house was good, Evolve gave the wrong code to give in the front door lock. Had to call owner. A few things didn’t work in the house ( iron, hairdryer , one tv , all in all great time, I would go to his property again.

We traveled from Florida and we absolutely enjoyed the house. Anytime we called the property manager, he answered. The house had everything that we needed in a home. They even provided laundry detergent, fabric softener, bleach, dishwashing liquid, shampoo, conditioner, and garbage bags. I have rented many houses that MAY include a starter kit, and that is it. Of course I made it a point to provide a replacement for everything that we used! I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again! The only negative thing I would say, is that the flooring in the house and on the stairs, are very squeaky and should be fixed or replaced!

Clean and well provisioned home with very good communication with owner/manager. On one of the highest hills it had views all around if the bay and hills. It is also close to Six Flags and to Napa and the wineries. It is an easy drive around the north side of the bay to Muir Woods and the Golden Gate.

I did know what I expected and because I've had issues in the past with my birthday and certain things not coming together and locations not being what they purported to be ----- I was blown away at the start of my managing the reservation.. First off Mr John Harris. He is warm, kind, very accommodating and extremely attentive to whatever you may need in the house. Secondly the house is flipping beautiful!!!! okay?! The deck amazing,the hot tub outstanding, the rooms are perfect, the living room setup is perfect The kitchen was everything that I needed it to be because I love to cook and so do my best friends. My room upstairs (the master)oh my God,! the ensuite that's attached to the master suite....just the way the master set up the loft style was so brilliant and so sexy. The bathtub was amazing --- i just I can't say enough good things about this house! if you have the opportunity to rent this house please please please do so You will not be disappointed I promise.

Everything was as advertised. Amazing property. Only reservation I have was there wasn’t hot water in the master bathroom shower, but I’m sure that could have been solved with a call but I was already in it and making moves.

Came here with friends and family, and we loved it! Very close to everything (Napa, Sonoma, San Fran), spacious, clean. Loved the hot tub and grill. The views are amazing! Would love to come back.

This house worked great for us. The kitchen was well-appointed and there was plenty of room in the living room/dining room. The owner was great and responded quickly to any inquiries we had. The location was great for us - just 15 minutes from the race track.

The house needs a deep scrub down. The floors weren’t clean, 1 of the down stairs bathrooms needed addl cleaning and dust bunnies in bedroom closet as well as a old bag of chips under the downstairs bed. Beds were comfortable, house was layed out nicely

Me and 5 girlfriends rented this property for a quick weekend getaway for a Bach party. Location-wise, it was great for getting to/from Napa and San Francisco. The neighborhood itself wasn’t our favorite, but the home was awesome and the host was great!
