Property is in a nice quiet neighborhood but very close to some not so nice areas. I had a small issue with not receiving access code prior to check in but owner rectified situation right away. House was clean and enjoyabe, sleeping quarters downstairs was a little cold. Overall very good stay !」

「Property exactly as listed. Easy to find and enter. Immaculately clean inside—decor, furnishings, and amenities all very simple—which made for a simply wonderful stay. We had everything we needed for a comfortable and restful weekend stay. Paint looked relatively new as did the window treatments. 「Me and some buddies came in from out of town to see a show at Avondale Brewery! This house was a 2 minute ride from Avondale Brewery, with many others attractions in the neighborhood, and the Uber charges were exceptionally reasonable. Very nice house. Sizeable kitchen, large dinning table, plenty of seating around the table, sofa that would seat 4-5 comfortably or two people could stretch out, beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows. I would definitely consider this house for a future trip....
