Super clean and cosy!

This rental was great for a weekend in Birmingham. It was close enough to everything we wanted to do but still in a super quiet complex that made us feel like we were at home! The host was super responsive when we messaged her and the condo was exceptionally clean. Would absolutely stay here again!

We came to visit our daughter for the weekend. Everything was as we expected from the listing, very clean and convenient to everything. Communication with the owner was great! We will definitely stay again if given the opportunity!

Beautiful apartment in perfect location!

Wow! This is a gorgeous 1 BR, 1 BA apartment located just minutes from Samford University. It is beautifully decorated and furnished, featuring high-end upgrades in the bathroom, including marble tile and self-defogging, LED lighted mirror. The king bed is so comfortable with high-quality bedding and butter-soft sheets. What a pleasure to have natural sunlight flooding into this south-facing apartment. I will absolutely select this location for my future visits to Birmingham. Thank you to my fabulous hostess, Jenny, for her prompt communication and ensuring that my stay was perfect! I hope her lovely apartment will be my home-away-from-home in Birmingham!

This was such a great place to stay. Host was amazing and quick to respond. Easy access into the apt. I arrived early and she notified me when the apartment was clean so I can check in a little early. We were visiting my daughter at Sanford and it is literally five minutes from the campus. The apartment was quiet. It was extremely clean, and comfortable beds.. The neighborhood was a quiet and I felt extremely safe.

Perfect host! Everything clean and stocked! Stayed at owners other property- it was perfect for us!

This host is perfect, responsive and has home stocked with all needs while on the road. I booked this place but ended up staying at another property done the street with 2 bedrooms. The just made sure every detail was covered, had plenty of kitchen items, coffee, basic toiletries stocked for use. We appreciated this so much. Home was very clean, with plenty of towels/ sheets and everything one could want. We could not have been happier there for a long week stay.
