The home was very nice and clean great location however the theNoise at 2 am Friday pm and between 1 am to 3 am the follow g night was not acceptable a party in upper unit both nights with to many people I think no insulation between floors not sure but could not sleep well either night Do not stay I. This unit unless you have the e tire house

Disappointed with top floor noise

We loved the location but was very disappointed in the amount of noise from guest staying on the top floor. We contacted the host to communicate the issue but got no resolution. The guest were very disrespectful when we approached them. Also the property details say they have a heated pool. What they fail to tell you is they only heat it in certain months. We were there in September and the water was too cold but still was not heated.

Five star hotel but in a house! The pictures don’t do this justice. Two enormous bedrooms on opposite ends of a huge downstairs apartment. Both open out into a private patio with fire pit. The back bedroom has a sofa bed that is essentially in a separate bedroom closed off in a deep alcove with linen blackout curtains. The sofa is cozy and large enough to hold a six-foot person, and comes with a fluffy duvet and lots of pillows, so we didn’t even need to pull it out. There are three huge Roku televisions in the unit, and another large monitor in the kitchen if you want to “work from home.” The high-end kitchen and living room are huge and in between the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a full bath and there is a half bath off the den as well. The unit is stocked and furnished right out of a Garden & Gun advertisement. There is another covered patio with table and chairs off the den that looks out over the beautiful huge pool. The lower unit has its own entrances to the pool, its own driveway entrance, patios, etc. You won’t see the upstairs renters unless they are by the pool, and there is plenty of room there! It is literally a short block from every single restaurant you could want to go to in town. Right out of the front door, cut through the municipal parking lot and you are on the main street.
