Come enjoy this charming coastal downtown Fairhope apartment right off of Fairhope Avenue! Hosted by Book Montrose, this 1 Bedroom + Sleeper sofa / 1 Full Bath studio sleeps 4 and was lovingly designed for a bohemian coastal feel and outfitted with luxurious amenities to make you feel at home.

The Space:
Perfect for a Fairhope weekend getaway or week+ family vacation, this property is located in the HEART of downtown Fairhope! Every inch of this charming coastal apartment was thoughtfully designed to ensure a comfortable, cozy and airy stay, featuring dramatic HIGH ceilings throughout.

At Book Montrose, we care about your experience and as such, we've outfitted this home with AMENITIES to make your stay luxurious and for you to feel right at home!

In the kitchen, you'll find a stovetop, granite non-stick cookware (full set), dishwasher, Moccamaster gourmet drip coffee maker, designer retro Haden toaster oven, Chef's cutting board and knife set and more. The kitchen was outfitted by people who like to cook, and we've chosen items that we personally use and love in our own homes!

Other amenities include ultra high-speed Wi-Fi, a Marshall Bluetooth speaker for your tunes, a large 65 in latest 4K Google smart TV, and a brand-new washer and dryer.

In the bedroom, you will find a hotel-quality KING bed, pillows and linens - all hand-picked (and extensively tested by our sleep-obsessed team!) - to ensure a rejuvenating night's rest. In the living room, you'll find a fold down Full sleeper sofa with a full set of extra linens and pillows. In the bathrooms are spa-quality toiletries.

Located on Fairhope Avenue and Summit Street, this apartment is central to all the shops and eateries in Downtown Fairhope. This is main on main and walking distance to all that Fairhope has to offer.

Parking is free - streetside on South Summit, directly outside of the unit. Parking is first come first serve.

Well located, clean accommodation

We were 3 older women, having a "girls" trip and this place was perfect for us. Just around the corner from downtown Fairhope. Place was clean, and comfortable, with lovely modern decor. King bed and couch were both comfortable, and bathroom was very functional. Lighting could have been brighter at vanity but wasn't a deal breaker. Plenty of clean towels provided, and nicely appointed kitchen with everything needed for a pleasant stay, although we did not really use the kitchen much. Place was perfect for 3 of us, may be a bit crowded for 4 but still workable. Only complaint is that if you don't like a heavy comforter when sleeping, you only have a sheet. There was no lighter weight blanket for summer, so bring your own. Other than that, it was a perfect 3 night stay. Loved it!

Great Vacation

This little apartment is very quite and peaceful. Walking distance to everything in Fairhope including the public pier. I would have preferred a TV and bedside light in the bedroom, but would defiantly choose this place to stay if we visit Fairhope in the future. It is great for a couples getaway.

Studio Perfection!

Perfect location in Fairhope! We were within walking distance of the Muncipal Pier, restaurants and ALL the shops. There was no need to use your vehicle again once you arrived unless you wanted to venture out to The Grand (which I highly recommend for spectacular sunset views and the ambiance)! The beignets at Panni Petes were amazing and breakfast at Julwins tastes as if it came straight from your grandmother’s kitchen. The studio was decorated to perfection, the kitchen was stocked with everything you needed and then some, the bedroom had luxurious bedding, amazing pillows and a great mattress. The bath was stocked with great linens. I highly recommend staying here and I have no doubt we will be back!!!
