Little Lob Lolly of Point Clear

Little Lob Lolly is a pet friendly bedroom and bathroom with a shower only. It may not be a good fit for the elderly. It offers wifi, cable, new refrigerator, new keurig coffee maker, new electric tea pot, a few coffee and tea singles, a new air conditioner, starched white sheets with a fluffy white comforter and spread, plus plenty of fluffy white towels. This private comfortable room is located in our classy horse barn. It's squeaky clean, and has loads of charm.
The space
Little Lob Lolly is a 300 + square foot freshly painted suite with a Mexican tile floor and a private entrance. It does not have a kitchen. It is located in the barn and across from swanky horse stalls. It has WiFi and a flat screen tv that offers movie and sports channels. It is hard to believe that anyone would not consider this an amazing value.

Guest access
Guest can walk their dogs in the yard around the barn. Must not feed the horses or get into the pasture or stalls with them. Must stay on the north side of the driveway around the barn.

Other things to note
We are pet friendly, that means dogs and cats. If you have allergies to cats, dogs, horses, or pollen this is not a good match for you. We are a working barn in lovely Point Clear, Ala. We are close to Mobile Bay, bike trails, and fabulous golf courses.
We are 5 minutes from downtown Fairhope but 34-50 minutes
From Gulf Shores.

Property was out in the country!! Our neighbors were three well behaved horses! Never made a sound. Very friendly. Apt was clean! Exactly what we needed when we visited! Very close to downtown Fairhope, Grand Hotel and Beaches! Conveniently located for traveling to The Gulf of America! About an half hour away! Owner was very nice and accommodating! Offering her number if we needed anything! Our stay was exactly one week!! Would do it again!

Just What I Needed

Quiet, peaceful location where I could feel safe and be away from the crowds after my meetings. Great communication from the host. Had everything I needed for my three night stay and only a five minutes drive from the conference location.

Nice Place, Charming Town

Mid-way between I-65 and the beaches of Orange and Gulf Shores, this part-converted barn studio is compact, clean, well-run, and good value, while Fairhope is a pretty little town with a range of dining options - don't tell everyone!

Pretty location safe and quiet.

Pretty location, missing info on how to control the heat and AC. Outside light was not working and needed a flashlight to access the door lock in the dark. TV did not receive a signal from Direct TV so that was not working. Had hot water and comfortable room for us and our Minature Schnauzer puppy, which touch noses with the resident pony, Marco, was very happy.

Cute, simple and a horse

From a fellow horse owner/lover to another, this place is perfect! Small simple room that we just needed for one night but you are right outside the stalls from the horses and I absolutely LOVED this, the property and everything is a complete dream of mine. Checking in was easy and Mary Louise was quick to reply and helpful. The property is also close to a Publix and just minutes from the Grand and Fairhope. Would love to visit again.

Don't stay here if you want fancy. This is an efficiency apartment size unit converted from an art studio in a working horse barn. The charm is in its quiet countryside setting. This is not for everyone but I found it delightful.

Rural Quiet Area

This was only my second stay using Vrbo. There was some sort of issue with my reservation on the Vrbo administrative side of things which Ms. Mary Louise got the ball rolling to get things straightened out prior to my arrival. We remained in contact til everything was taken care of. Her help was above and beyond which was greatly appreciated. This place is perfect for one or two people especially if you are looking for a rural setting that is quiet and not too far away from the city. I highly recommend staying here if in the area and hope to be able to return for a weekend getaway soon. Eric

Point Clear Trip

Enjoyed our stay very much. We had family staying at the Grand Hotel just up the road so it was very convenient when meeting up with them on this trip. Loved seeing the horses every day. We’d definitely stay here again!
