Mountain Getaway

We had a very enjoyable stay at this modern rustic mountain getaway. The kitchen, with a large central island was great for meal prep and just hanging out. We spent a lot of time on the fabulous deck and made use of the hot tub. We enjoyed the surrounding neighborhood, especially the Pickleball court.

Lovely Getaway!

My best friend and I shared a mom week away at this lovely cabin and enjoyed our time immensely! The cabin is charming and provided everything that we needed. The company was responsive to any questions that we had and kept us posted as Fairmont had a boil order in place while we were there. While the cabin needs a little TLC maintenance wise, we informed the hosts and they were quick to take care of any issues. The views and surrounding trees are beautiful and we found the road noise quieted nicely and was barely noticeable. Love this place and hope to stay again soon!

Snowbike Trip

Great place to stay and make home base for exploring up the Brewer Creek area. Loved this place, had everything we needed to make meals and be comfortable. Everything was perfect. Thanks!

Really enjoyed the stay went on a hike in the back hill one day and had lots of fires inside and outside one night too, loved the hot tub and massage chair and pool table. Fairmont hot springs were cool nice that they were so close.

Cabin experience

We enjoyed our stay. Had everything we needed as a family. Great location and didnt have any problems with anything. (Hot tub was a bit lacking as a couple jets werent working) but kids still enjoyed the one jet that did work and had fun which its all about.

Last August Get Away

This is a great cabin. We had poor weather with an extended 12hr power outage but, the entertainment provided within the cabin kept our children occupied. Guests should be aware there is limited cell coverage, we would recommend leaving printed instructions and battery operated lamps for power failures. We all had great sleeps, the cabin was very clean and overall a great place for families. Highway noise is present but the beauty of the location makes up for it.

Charming cabin surrended by beautiful nature

The cabin is just beautiful. Very stylish inside, has a lot of charm. Beautiful views from livingroom windows. We loved to prepare meals with such a view and to eat having such pleasant and relaxing surrendings. Morning coffee in a livingroom by a real fireplace was magical experience. Just being in this cabin is a nice adventure!We loved a hottub in the evening and a fun basement. We could also enjoy outdoor patio on a deck and dive into nature around.We parents loved the cabin. Our kids loved it, too. No one wanted to come back home, even our 2 years old kid wanted to stay in this cabin.Kids loved the bunk bed room and entertainment they had in a basement. There is not enough words to describe how fun time we all had.It is located few minutes drive to hot springs pools, grocery shop, restaurants and fun park for kids.It is very close to a highway, so you can hear cars passing and see them, as well but it is not bodering. The charm of the nature around makes you enjoying the place.We would love to rent the cabin again!Hosts were nice, helpful and fast responding to any questions or concerns.Place was very clean.I truly recommend it for friends or family vacation.

Slightly disappointed

The cabin is very nicely decorated and has some nice outdoor space. There was no prewarning that the pool and tennis were closed for the season. We were a week too late. Apparently the tennis court never has nets. The cabin is situated right next to a very busy highway so it was very loud. There were excessive bugs in one of the bedrooms.

Weekend getaway

We had a great stay in this location, the cabin had everything we needed for a three night birthday celebration. I would definitely stay here again, 100% recommend this place!

Fairmont

The property was clean, and well equipped. There was traffic noise with the property being located near the highway. This became fairly quiet at night, however. The temperatures were hot when we were there, and the property does not have air conditioning. This made it a bit difficult to sleep, especially upstairs. There are tennis courts, but no nets on the courts, so not really tennis courts then. The pool was small, but good for kids. The house is the positive out of this, it was clean, large, and well equipped.

Wonderful getaway in the mountains

Cannot say enough good things about this property. In many ways this is the perfect property, location and listing. It was everything you would want for a 4-7 person getaway. All the amenities you could want from a wonderful fire pit, great hot tub, TV room, kitchen and even a pool table/dart board. The communication with the owners were excellent, especially all the information you need to have a great stay. They respond promptly and ensure you have a wonderful getaway. I have to also specially commend the owners for the technology used to stay on top of check-in/check-out procedures. And I haven't even started on the chalet itself. The house is beautifully appointed with everything you could need for your stay. There was never a moment where I felt something was missing. Maybe the only weakness is the proximity to the main road. So if you are a very light sleeper you may notice vehicles every now and then (traffic is very light). Everyone who stayed at the house had no trouble sleeping. But keep in mind we appreciated the ability to jump onto the main road quickly. I have stayed in chalets that require a 10-20min drive into the woods which can really add to your drive time if you plan on activities in the day. Also the windows in the living room are large and terrific in the morning. The overall ambiance of the house and the large deck provides you a real nice view of the woods and a great feeling of a stay in the mountains. It really is the perfect getaway. If you are considering booking this property I would whole heartedly recommend staying here. We are considering going back again next year.

Good location.

Unfortunately for the owner of this house, the property management company that is listing this has the wrong description for this place, so we were instantly disappointed to find that while the pictures represented the property, the description did not. The house itself is beautiful and well decorated, very comfortable beds and kitchen has all you need. Road noise form the Hwy 93 was an issue, especially in the upstairs bedrooms. The basement did have a smell of dogs so we did not use that very much, even though that where the only TV was located and we wanted to watch hockey. We do have our own pets which we did not bring so understand that this rental is pet friendly. Overall , we enjoyed our stay, just wish the description had been accurate as that did change some arrangements during the stay.
