“Nicely decorated space. Bed was very comfortable. Location was excellent… A lot of of really nice boutique shops in downtown Franklin within walking distance. Keep in mind this is a downstairs space. A lot of noise if people are renting above you. Would definitely stay here again.”

“We LOVED this house!!! Everything is so clean and beautifully decorated! You all thought of everything you would want or need and it was there!!! Thank you for the best weekend! We will be back!!!”

“Overall a great stay. Clear and timely communication from the host, clean house, great location. It felt secluded while also being close to everything. The main downside to me was that the street coming off the house did not have a sidewalk on Franklin road, which is a very busy road. It’s got a very narrow shoulder of the road for about 20-30 yards which was not optimal for pushing my child in a stroller. The shoulder then gets wider for another 50 yards or so until you reach a sidewalk. “Shops……

“Amazing place and great location. The house had everything we’ve ever needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. Only suggestion would be to have more coffee cups. There were six of us and only 4 cups. Other than that it was a fantastic stay.”

“This spot was great to getting to areas in Nashville like The Local and Broadway. One big plus is that it’s close to Wendell Smiths and Hattie B’s on the west side.”

“It was nice.”
