“Where to start here, the hotel itself on the face of it looks amazing, a grand reception hall, big bedrooms and swimming pools etc but that’s the facade. It’s in the middle of a nowhere desert , has limited restaurant service, poor food, no alcohol ‘allowed’ and unprofessional, poorly trained staff. The heightened security everywhere makes you anxious rather than reassured and unless you have a hire car there’s no escape as there is no public transport at all. Stay here is you like staying in a……

“The website is not clear, only military personnel are allowed (if only military personnel are allowed, there is no need to sell the room on this website). It is 20 kilometers away from the city. After waiting, military personnel will come out to explain (and the military is poor in English). On-site refunds are not allowed. I hope that Expedia will clean up such behaviors that waste customer time and energy.”

“Room was carpeted which attracted dust. Room stank of cigarettes. I requested a double bed, but was given a room with THREE single beds! Restaurant was full of flies, so could not eat there, as hygiene was poor, as I saw waiter checking temperature of cooked food with his bare hands. Cooked food was cold. I could not wait to leave.”

“The rooms are a bit outdated even the restrooms. Our room had a horrible smell coming from the restroom it was unbearable but we stayed at the beach most of the time. Food was wonderful and resort was great overall.”

“The room was nice and spacious”

“Travelled with family for few days. The kids loved the pool and the beach was fantastic. Animation team was fantastic. Rooms and surrounding areas could use more TLC. The food was too much of the local flavor and the not so much variety.....”

“This place is a scam and would not pick up the phone nor bother with communicating with Expedia or person renting. I would advise others not to book.”

“This place is a scam, they put the address and never the apartment number, I never get the chance to stay there because there is no place at all.. they never answer the phone and I hope Expedia remove them from the listing. Ridiculous”
