Relaxation and Privacy

The villa is characterized by a modern design and a minimalist decoration. It is the ideal choice for families and couples looking for a quiet and safe stay in Crete. The privileged location of the villa offers the visitor moments of relaxation and privacy combined with the choices of the unique South Crete. The sandy beaches of Matala Kommos Kokkinos Pyrgos and the countless options for entertainment create an ideal place for a holiday.The favorable microclimate of the garden and the panoramic view .The privacy in the spaces between the two-bedroom and the master bedroom is achieved through the independent balconies and their view. The elongated swimming pool, one side of which is almost adjacent to the glass of the living room and the other side offers the maximum possible view to its user towards the Asterousia Mountains as through it there is no visual interference only sky and mountain range as an extension of the water and the relaxing aura of the entire house.

Villa Capparis -100% recommend!

WOW - Amazing holiday 100% recommend Villa Capparis is a stunning well equipped modern villa with breath-taking views and an amazing infinity pool. The villa is decorated to a very high standard providing a relaxed environment allowing the ultimate reset. The hosts, George and Litsa, were fantastic, organising a boat trip, giving us a taste of the Cretan cuisine by way of a personal chef!, providing information on places to visit and restaurants to experience not to mention the family are local legends! We cannot recommend this villa enough - We will definitely be returning!
