Villa Valentina is a peaceful hillside retreat with panoramic views over Messara Bay and the Libyan Sea. Located on a private 4,000 m² plot between Sivas and Listaros, it offers privacy, tranquility, and a perfect setting to relax in nature.
The 120 m² villa is arranged on one level and filled with natural light. Large windows allow you to enjoy the sea views from most areas of the house. It features an open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed and sea view, one bedroom with two single beds, and a modern bathroom with shower and washing machine. The interior is simple and elegant, with natural tones creating a calm atmosphere.
Outside, guests can enjoy several terraces and seating areas, a private saltwater infinity pool, sun loungers, and an outdoor dining space. The setting is ideal for relaxing from sunrise to sunset.
The villa is fully powered by solar energy and operates independently from the public electricity grid, offering a more sustainable stay.
Important: On the same plot there is a small, separate studio where the owner stays occasionally for garden and pool maintenance. The studio is completely independent, with no shared spaces. Guests have exclusive use of the villa, pool, and outdoor areas, and privacy is fully respected at all times.
