"This was the most luxurious Hotel I have been in. New buildings in clusters of several apartments built around pools in glazing cleanliness. Staff antagonizing themselves in politeness and usefulness. Good breakfast. The Hotel is far away from the airport and can only be reached through taxi. I advise anyone to call the hotel and arrange for Meet and Assist service to help navigate the arrival at the airport which otherwise can be extremely complicated and for private transportation. Τhe Hotel offers good deals for these two problems that can otherwise be extremely hard to navigate. Make sure you pay only the hotel and not the people who offer the service. I would have only few suggestions: Air condition was too loud and there was no way to control it (or I missed it b/c I was quite tired), the liquid soap in the bathroom was difficult to extract from the bottles, and there was no way to wash your back (all of them quite frequent problems in hotels). Overall I would recommend this hotel for a long stay and I plan to return to it."

"Very nice property with good, large and clean room. We were given an upgrade of a room with a balcony when we arrived and the view of the pyramids is stunning. Very friendly staff who always wanted to help. Lovely meal on the first night although very slow. The only other downside was I do feel we were ripped off on a 10 minute cab journey which cost way too much money."

"The host at the rooftop is excellent. The guy (Muhammed) working the late evening front desk shift until the morning is very helpful, speaks good English, and overall honest. The girl working the front desk is a liar very dishonest. My dining bill was 1887 egyptian pounds (I gave the host a tip on the table) and decided on her own to round up my tab. I paid it because she said she had no change. When I paid my taxi to the airport again they had no change so I did not accommodate her scheme. I gave a tip to the taxi driver directly. The only reason I'd advise not to stay here again is because it's 22 minutes away from the new museum and about 25 minutes away from Sphinx. 45 minutes from the Airport with no food options within walking distance. We tried walking to a corner store and restaurant but the side streets were dirt and no one could understand us on how to reach the restaurant. The alleys had been bricked off where the map thought it was a road to pass through."
