「The two properties l stayes at were terriple, filthy, noisy and lack proper management. After 4 days in lagacy phases 2 and 4 l moved to to another hotel. Management at both legacy sites was non existent. I contact you last wednesday to complain and ask for a refund. I was told l would hear from you in 24 to 72 hours. I have not heard. My whole trip was terrible as askay delayed my return to freetownby more than 9 hours. I am asking for part refunds for my airfsirand hotel. This was my...

「Good room,suoer efficient and friendly staff and great food. Close enough to the main road for easy access but very quiet amd 2 minutes from a beautiful beach - clean and almost deserted 」

「The area is very peaceful and quiet. The staff is very helpful, helped us find a couple things locally as needed, however, we stayed 10 days and they only cleaned once. The toilet is leaking and the wall leaked when it rained. I extended my stay and they wanted cash not for me to use credit card.. 」

「Amazing stay at one world. I was made to feel so welcome by Mustapha and his team. I had everything that I needed in my apartment and was able to use the communal kitchen to make food. The guest house was very close to the beach, which suited me really well, and having a pool was an extra bonus. Thanks to everyone at one world 🤗」

「The staff were very friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious enough. I loved the veranda and nearby beach. The bathroom was a little smelly probably from the drain. The shower entrance and room door entrance were very narrow which was awkward. Breakfast was lovely with a good assortment. 」
