「Enjoyed a nice half term break at Little Barn, Holt. Nicely located a short walk to the town centre, cosy little cottage, comfortable room (we used the second bedroom with bunk beds for storage/getting ready). Clean and tidy, nicely decorated throughout. We signed into Netflix via TV (no DVD player). Quick drive to Cley for the sea, we used it as a base to explore Holt and the surrounding towns and beaches. Safe parking. Sam was an attentive host, checking in on our arrival to make sure we...

「Max warmly welcomed and gave us nice information about the farm, the 'barn' and the surrounding. We love the quiet and restful setting of the place. The lodging barn is almost fully self contained, clean and comfortable. Copland farm is centrally situated that makes the travels around Norfolk very convenient. Next time we visit Norfolk, we will definitely consider going back to Snow Owl Barn for the stay.」

「The property was clean, and tidy on arrival, there was a lack of storage space for food, there wasn’t a microwave available, there was alot of wobbly bits, loose taps etc. the property itself was very clinical, for us the dining area was almost unusable due to the roof over the area being glass, and suffering from a greenhouse effect, there is also a shortage of curtains/ blinds. Location is ok and just a few minutes walk to the seafront, in a nice area」
