“I always choose to stay at this hotel every time I come to Calgary. My first stay was booked for my son's hockey tournament and they were great at hosting all the kids, they loved the pool and slide. Good price, very nice atmosphere and I appreciate the quick and efficient service at check in. Rooms are always spotless and the decor is pleasant. ”

“The staff at the front desk have no patience with guests, the shuttle driver was very rude with guests' suitcases and damaged my suitcase trolley without even an apology. The bedding was not changed every guest and the towels were disgusting! The smell of male bodily fluids clung to the towels and you could smell it when you entered the bathroom, and there was actually a blood stain on one of the towels that hadn't washed off. It was disgusting! Don't waste your money challenging your bottom……

“The breakfast is terrible; not enough food to serve. They only fill up few pieces of ham, bread when it is empty. It is my first time ever to have such a bad breakfast in the hotel. Do not recommend to get the breakfast here, not worth it. The room is ok, not great. I don't think I will stay in this hotel anymore.”
