  • This 820 Square foot mobile home has everything needed for business professionals in town for work or a small family with young children passing through. Fernley is a smaller town. Most people work further away. During the day the mobile home park streets will be empty. Afternoon people will be home and cars will line the street. Kids will be walking to the playground or playing basketball. Nights are quiet, but you may hear a train off in the distance once in a while.

Will stay again

The property is clean and will kept. When we needed something communication with the property manager was easy and her she dealt with any concerns immediately. Next time we go to visit with my husband I will more than likely stay again.

We went to Fernely to place our dad ashes in the military cemitary. After driving for 13 hour one day to get there. I was very peaceful and relaxing to come back to a home instead of a room in a hotel. stay in you home made thing more restful for us. thank you
