They only gave us 2 towels, called for more was told housekeeping was off. The house phone in the room didn’t work well so when I called they couldn’t hear me. Had an accessible room very roomy and clean. Fridge worked well but no microwave. Coffee maker but the lids on the cups don’t fit. "

"The indoor pool was closed all weekend and that was what the kids were looking forward to the most. Other than that the property staff were kind, the breakfast was average and the grounds were good. Overall we felt safe and rested. "

"The best thing about this hotel was definitely the staff they were super friendly and helpful! Next the hotel was very clean. And third the breakfast was really good! The biggest bummer was the internet/tv messed up the whole weekend for us and when in the hotel we couldn’t enjoy gaming or tv. It seemed to work in the lobby just not our room. Overall not a bad place for a decent price. "

"the check in process went well on friday night, 3/13. the guy was nice and explained everything well. fast forward to the next morning, i was awoken by someone entering my room. utilizing their key card and walking into my room. i yelled out “hello?!” and they responded “ay sorry” before leaving. this is something that should never happen… later that morning, before leaving, there was constantly knocking on my door. before going out to the hallway to find housekeeping saying “sorry” even though this was about an hour before checkout.
