"Complimentary"
I booked this room for 4 adults 1 child and 1 baby. The manager emailed and asked if I would like a complimentary upgrade however when we got there it wasn't an up grade she had not only taken away the reason why I booked the original room she also restricted our access to parts of the apartment stating "we hadn't paid for those areas". My view of a complimentary up grade must differ to others. Whilst staying here my baby became quite unwell. When I asked if we could have a late check out I was denied because they needed to get in and clean the room for the next people staying. Check out is at 9:30am and check in is at 4pm so it must be a hell of a clean to take 6 and a half hours.
I won't be visiting falls creek again any time soon
