Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! ”

“We stayed on this property due to vicinity of the airport in Milan. What a wonderful surprise to find one of the nicest properties we stayed in during our whole month in Italy. Everything was pristine and so comfortable. There were snacks and water which saved us as we arrived quite late and every restaurant was closed. It was immaculately clean. There were even slippers at the front doors, Walter brought by keys in the morning so we could store our luggage in his garage until our flight out……

“Really lovely apartment with a beautiful view of the lake Como. We walked to Tremezzo which was only 8/10 mins from us Lenno was also around the same so both town are fairly close. However when hot you probably want to take PT but the bus was not on time most times. Regardless this property on its own was worth it. Comfortable bed and clean property is with all amenities you’ll need for a few days. My husband and I enjoyed our time here very much. ”

“We had a lovely, albeit quick, visit to Como. Our 2 nights at Casa Patricia 2 were wonderful. The apartment was a perfect size for the two of us. The location was great. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Lots of great restaurants very close by. Patricia met us and explained some things to us. We didn’t use the kitchen as we weren’t there long enough.
