“Amazing holiday house. Spacious villa with a magnificent view, very nice pool and all the equipment you need. The house is very well placed for day trips to beautiful villages like Sperlonga and Gaeta but also great to take the train to Rome for a visit. The pool is fantastic to relax but also large enough to do some actual swimming, and we were very happy that it contained salt instead of chloride. “The apartment is small but fully functional - perfect for a couple getting away for a few days! The shower was exceptionally nice. It felt like the apartment had just been refurbished, with a new stove, bathroom, and TV. The stairs leading to the apartment are VERY steep - if you have mobility issues or balance trouble it would be very difficult for you to get into this apartment. Sperlonga itself is gorgeous, I love that we were staying in Old Sperlonga, so we could really see the history and……

La casa è molto bella, arredata in modo particolare che trasmette belle vibrazioni e un ambiente rilassato in cui la condivisione degli spazi è centrale. Troverete tutto quello che vi servirà, non manca nessun servizio, dalla cucina completamente organizzata allo spazio esterno. “Die Unterkunft war sauber. Ansonsten war sie wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Nur im Schlafzimmer gab es eine Deckenleuchte, sonst nur Glühbinrnen in einer Fassung. Auf Dekoration wurde ganz verzichtet. Bis wir WLAN hatten, dauerte es 3 Tage. Das Bad war renovierungsbedürftig. Wegen der Klospülumg mussten wir mehrfach den Verwalter/Vermieter anschreiben, der schon zeitnah reagierte aber das Problem, trotz Handwerker, bis zuletzt nicht beheben konnte. Das Bidet war……
