「Very disappointing experience. In my personal experience, the service did not match the price paid. On my last day, I raised my concerns calmly, but the management responded in a very unprofessional way, including disrespectful comments. The situation became very stressful. The swimming pool was often crowded with outside visitors, with not enough sunbeds for hotel guests. I was told sunbeds needed to be reserved in advance, but this was not clearly stated anywhere. Slightly away from town but hotel offers a shuttle service for most trips into town. It is walkable but depends on the weather as the heat can make it tough going.
