The city is simple and the thermal spa was wonderful, we had fun on the funicular. I booked 2 rooms by mistake and they fixed my problem. Marianne was very helpful

Really disappointing experience!

Disappointing stay. Partly due to the hotel. We came to take Thermal Baths. The reception did not have any information. And finally we found out that all establishments that used to offert Thermal Baths had closed down after the pandemics. The asked for twin beds, got a small queen size bed. AC did not work. And sleeping with open window was impossible due to barking dogs. The breakfast very good. Good service in the breakfast room.

Look at hotels nearby before booking this hotel

It's the worst hotel I have been to this year. The room was too small. Breakfast doesn't correspond to the category of 5-star hotels. Stuff asked us every breakfast would we have dinner at the hotel restaurant? The plumbing is old and noisy, the water doesn't always stop after the toilet flush is used. In addition for all the abovementioned the man who was at the reception desk wrote in our check-out bill spa treatments for 90 EUR. All the arguments that we didn't use massage in the hotel were not heard. Only the argument that the spa was closed when we were checking in at the hotel influenced him to write off the massage fee regretfully.

Das Zimmer war ok, wir hatten das superior Zimmer im 5. Stock. Das Bett wurde als Queen Size betitelt ist aber nur 1,60m breit. Die Matratze und Kissen waren Ok. Mehr aber nicht. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein und hat so gut wie keine Ablage Möglichkeiten. Die Toilette steht so in der Ecke das man schräg drauf sitzen muss. Das ist nicht normal und sehr unbequem. Zudem muss man hier extrem aufpassen was man wo liegen lässt im Zimmer. Bei uns wurde aus der Handtasche meiner Freundin 100€ von Ingesamt 220€ die Sie in der Tasche hatte geklaut. Aus unserem Safe (klassischer Hotelsafe mit PIN Vergabe relativ Neu) wurden aus unerklärlichen Gründen von unseren 900€ Bargeld weitere 300€ entwendet. Nach Rücksprache mit der Hotelleitung und Auswertung der Flur Kameras wurde uns mitgeteilt das an diesem Tag 3 Leute zu unterschiedlichen Uhrzeiten in unserem Zimmer waren. Einer zum Kaffee auffüllen 3 min, Kaffee steht am Safe und war gar nicht leer! Andere 15 min zur Reinigung zu dritt und abends jemand 5 min für Hygiene Artikel. Laut Aussage des Hotels kann es nicht sein das jemand etwas ohne Beschädigung aus dem Safe klauen kann. Naja, dass ist sehr ärgerlich und trübt die Stimmung zu diesem Hotel. Zum Pool gilt es noch zu sagen das er relativ klein ist und das Wasser sehr Sonnencreme film lastig ist. Essen am Frühstück war gut.

Een fantastisch hotel. Alles is brandschoon en de service is van hoog niveau. Niets is teveel gevraagd. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid, met naast het buffet ook de mogelijkheid om gerechten vers te laten bereiden. Het hotel ligt in een rustige omgeving en binnen tien minuten wandel je zo het charmante centrum van Montecatini in. Zes jaar geleden verbleven wij hier ook al en het hotel is sindsdien perfect onderhouden. Onze bijzondere waardering gaat uit naar Nadisha, die ons elke ochtend hartelijk ontving bij het ontbijt en ons ’s middags bij het zwembad even vriendelijk en attent hielp. Dankzij haar en de rest van het team, dat steeds proactief inspeelde op onze wensen, voelden wij ons echt welkom en volledig verzorgd.

Le Wifi ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre. L'isolation est médiocre (réveillé par la chasse d'eau du voisin). Il faut enfoncer la porte de la chalbre tellement elle est dure a ouvrir. Pas d'endroit pour poser sa valise. La baignoire (pas de douche) est sous les toits donc impossible de se tenir debout pour se doucher, avec les savons accrochés au mur, il faut etre gymnaste pour se doucher. L'air conditionné ne fonctionnait pas. Je ne recommande pas vu le standing affiché par l'hotel et la prestation reelle que vous avez sur place.

Buongiorno,è stata per me una vacanza lavoro..mi sono trovato molto bene,l’albergo è tenuto bene ,molto moderno e stiloso.. ,ottima colazione ottimo ristorante ottima scelta di vini e di coktel..volevo fare un appunto sul personale :tutti veramente gentili dai ragazzi del check in alle ragazze dei piani e alla bella giovane e gentile direttrice...ma devo assolutamente fare un plauso alla gentilezza e la professionalità di Alessio Shamira e in particolare al capo sala Gaetano.. ci tornerò sicuramente!!!
