Very friendly staff. They even sent a bottle of champagne to the room for my wife’s birthday. Excellent free breakfast everyday, and close to everything you’d want to see. Beautiful hotel.

The property is centrally located. 5 minutes walk to the Santa Maria Novella Train Station and close distance to The Duomo and all major sites. The rooms are beautiful, staff extremely friendly and professional. I highly revommend this property.

Nice rooms and seemed newly renovated/taken good care of. Only the typical hotel bed linens are not quite my favorite (don't like the sort of sheets that are folded only folded over the duvet). I loved the entrance way, VIEW of the Arno was amazing, accommodating front desk staff, great breakfast and awesome bartender, Claudio. I’ll recommend your hotel to anyone considering Florence.

Very good place to stay and near to various sites. Difficult to beat for the price. Having breakfast with such a fantastic view of the Duomo made for a great start to each day.

Location location location! Right off Piazza Signoria few blocks from Ponte Vecchio. You open the lobby door and your right in the middle of all the action Restaurant's, shops, bar’s, statues. Fabulous hotel. Loved the breakfast. The spa was amazing. Would definitely definitely return. Staff was extremely helpful in calling my next hotel to arrange a taxi pickup from the train in Barga. A gem.
