Excellent location! Can walk to majority of the attractions, shopping and dining district in 5 to 20 minutes. Nearby the train station. The hotel is clean and modern.
Appreciate the Welcome Fruit Amenity. The breakfast buffet included was excellent in terms of freshness and variety of food; with a window view of the Church of Santa Maria Novella.
The only complaint is the in-room WiFi. It got my cell phone connected for just 2 to 3 minutes and dropped. Basically, in-room WiFi was unavailable!...

The hotel is generally good but I was very bothered by the music and noise from a restaurant downstairs on the first night during my stay. I asked to change the room and the staff was helpful to arrange a quiet room for me on the next day. You may want to double check with the hotel on this point before you reserve if you are a light sleeper as I am.

I stayed 4 nights and was very satisfied with the hotel.
The room is big enough and clean, and we were also happy for the breakfast that provide the good quaity food. The staff is also helpful who provide all tourist information.
The only weakness may be the location though it's not too far away, we take around 15mins when we come with the luggages.
