Our stay was perfect. We were given an upgrade due to the fact that it was our honeymoon. The staff was very kind and they work hard at pampering all guests. Property and rooms are extremely clean. Not sure if we went at a good time but the hotel was not crowded at all. Easy access to spa and other amenities which are also super clean. Loved our stay here, definitely the best hotel stay we’ve had

We liked everything about Castelfalfi. The staff were very professional and happy to help about any issue. The restaurants were excellent, especially La Oliva. Excellent wine selections in all the restaurants. Spa, pools, the excursions were all very well managed and great. All and all we loved spending a whole week there. The fact that we were actually there to see Andrea Bocelli in concert was the icing on the cake. Strongly recommend the whole experience.

The property has so much to offer. The amenities and the grounds are impeccable. The 2 restaurants are well managed and the food was excellent. Compliments the 2 sommeliers like Maurizio. The highlight of our stay was the spa and pool at the spa. The landscape is beautiful. Overall, my wife and I had a great time at Castelfalfi and we plan to return.

The hotel was amazing and the included breakfast was extensive and delicious. Be sure to rent the old Fiat for a drive around Tuscany. You will need to figure out your transportation to the hotel since it’s a bit remote. If you are from the United States and you plan on renting a car in Italy be sure to get your “international driving permit” in advance and bring with you.

It was truly excellent, it’s a unique experience and the manager Benjamin is beyond attentive and professional. The staff are all truly world class and provide the best hospitality experience for guests. We thoroughly enjoyed it and they made us feel at home. We had been to the hotel before and we keep wanting to return due to how unique and amazing the experience is and the staff are truly top-tier. I would highly recommend this for any occasion and they accommodate family’s exceptionally.

Possibly the best hotel in the world. Beautiful location, wonderful food and friendly staff who go above and beyond. Our son loved the heated swimming pool and nearby adventure park. The kids club was also great. My wife has food allergies and normally finds it tricky in hotels; however, the staff in every restaurant were able to suggest alternatives and specially prepared dishes for her. Food and wine is wonderful throughout the hotel. Rosmarino restaurant in particular is amazing: try the grilled tuscan chicken with a tomato salad on the side, you won’t regret it! I honestly can’t think of any negatives. We will certainly be back again!
