Location: located in a building with 6 apartments all under our management, in the convenient village of Torrette di Fano. Just 30 meters from the sea and very close to all services. Maximum comfort!

Description: second floor. Living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed - bedroom with double bed - second bedroom with double bed - bathroom with shower and washing machine - small terrace equipped with table and chairs. Private and reserved parking space. Air conditioning in the hallway between the living and sleeping areas.

Located in the same building as the apartments REF F001, F002, F003, F004, F005.

Self check-in - box with keys for which a code will be provided on the day of arrival.

Prepayment by bank transfer within 7 days before arrival or by credit card on the same day of arrival.

The price includes:

- rental

- consumption of water, electricity and gas
