“The communication was a bit back and forth with the owner of this property. I think one simple email with instructions would have been better and saved time on both ends. The caravan was clean, although a bit of a damp smell which i guess is expected, the boiler didn't generate warm water kept having to press a button to get it warm. The bedding sheets had a bit of an odour and could do with an upgrade. But overall, the caravan was clean on arrival, presented well and in a good location as……

“A very unique and beautiful place to stay. With lots of personal touches. Beautiful flowers in the room when we arrived and some delicious brownies which we enjoyed upon arrival. Spotlessly clean, spacious with beautiful furnishings and a lovely big comfortable bed. We had a great nights sleep as it was lovely and quiet. Shower was fantastic with some lovely toiletries and big fluffy towels. The property had all the facilities you could possibly need and more! There was a pretty outside area……

“We had a great stay here and Clare was the perfect host. If you enjoy bird watching the wrap around garden, variety of trees and pretty stream will give you lots of opportunity for spotting birds. The property is in a fantastic location for visiting Chichester. I would highly recommend.”
