The condo is great- location is good for downtown Fargo fun! Parking was difficult until we figured out the Fargo street parking system- would have been helpful if we knew before we got to the property.

We were curling at the Fargo Curling club, so it was great that the unit had 4 separate bedrooms! Easy walk to some great restaurants!! The decor, carpet etc are pretty worn and tired, but it was clean and worked out great for us!

I am assuming the owner will see this. I never did see how to contact you. We would like to thank you for renting us your apartment. When we got there is was clean. The only thing that we noticed was that in the north master bedroom there was a piece of trim by the patio door that was loose

Spacious 4 bedroom downtown apartment

I stayed in this very roomy 4 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment with other wrestling parents for the Fargo Nationals tournament. The location is very close to the Fargodome and is walking distance to downtown restaurants. Overall the apartment is very spacious with two balconies and a large comfy sectional. The property managers were very responsive. The weather was pretty hot and the apartment has two wall unit air conditioners, one in the living room and one in one of the master bedrooms, so the bedrooms without AC units got pretty warm. Street parking was not a problem. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. I would suggest maybe a bistro set or chairs on the balconies.

Friends motorcycle ride

Great place to stay for one night and what we needed. Plenty of space for all 8 of us and very clean! If you are there in the summer time make sure to keep the bedroom doors open as the AC is not central air. Thank you for the stay!

Perfect stay for marathon weekend!

We stayed as a group of six - two couples and two single folks - and this apartment had plenty of space (and bathrooms!!). The location was perfect - walkable to everything downtown. We really only had to drive for the airport, race, and a grocery store. The building has a college living vibe, but we found it to be very quiet. Not the most stylish place, but clean, comfortable, and perfect for our needs!

Downtown Fargo

The place was perfect for our event. Everything was as listed. Our only confusion was message from host said street parking only but in front of the building the parking was for 4 hours only. We were not sure where we could park for overnight In the apt was a parking pass but had no idea what lot to use. Would use them again if we are in the area.

Family reunion

Wrong key to get in. Waited an hour for my son to get back with the right key. 3 bathrooms no toilet tissue. Dirty underwater under the bed! Parking was the worst for handicapped people would not recommend this condo!!
