I gave this Hotel Brand a 1 Star because they changed to "mini" Pillows on the bed. I am a huge fan of Hampton Inn ... its my "goto" just like GMC Trucks and John Deere Tractors ... The reason i picked Hampton as my "brand" was because they had awesome beds and pillows ... Well not anymore! -- I feel this is going to be a "Budlight" death of them if they don't fix it... because i am simply not going back until they switch back to the normal good pillows that they had.

We ended staying here in a blizzard. Great place to wait out the storm. We were quite comfortable. Pet friendly too.

Staff were usually nowhere to be found, they did not want to give us extra towels and nobody answered the front desk phone. Garbages were overflowing throughout the hotel.

Great rooms and staff, but dont book for the pool.
The rooms were spotless, well arranged, and very comfortable. The staff was very kind and professional. The breakfast was good, but not quite what I expected for staying at a Hampton Inn, more like Holiday Inn style. Again, good, but not as high quality as I had anticipated. Thr only downside was the pool area, no deeper than 3.5 feet, the pool area looked like it needed a complete overhaul with damaged flooring that had been patched with cement, the lighting was practically nonexistent, and the towels were extremely rough, I've quite literally never had that rough of pool towels in any hotel ever. The hot tub was very good though.

Expensive for what you get. Each day I called about the tv not working, no one ever came to the room. Nor was it fixed.

Horrible (Do Not Stay)
The entire hotel wreaked of cigarette smoke. The carpet was coming up in the hallways and the doors looked like they had issues with people trying to break in. The room had stains on the ceiling and half the lights didn’t work. We also had issues with the toilet not flushing and the sheets had food crumbs and stains on them.

Waited almost 20 minutes before someone came to the desk. I even walked through the office calling for someone and took almost 45 minutes to get checked in. I was late for a meeting because of the delay.There was nobody there. The TV remote did not work

Great weekend get away
It was a very clean hotel. We got the king suite and it was nice. Cool set up in the room with a large open desk that separated the bed and the couch area. The tv was on a movable mount that you could turn the tv towards the bed area or the couch area. There is a seperate area with a sink and microwave and fridge. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. We were on the fourth floor and it was very quite. Bed was comfortable and room temp was good. Close to plenty of shopping and resturants. I recommend highly!

It was okay, needed to stay close to Sanford
Had to stay there before my surgery at Sanford. We found long black hairs in the bed, mold in the shower and the mini fridge made a ringing noise the whole time we had to unplug it.

Liked the hotel being close to the hospital and the friendly staff. Only dislike was there is not much for ventilation in the room and it had a funny smell.

Coffee station available 24/7. Unfortunately because we booked through Travelocity our room didn’t come with a pull out couch, so I had to share a bed with my adult daughter’s. The worst part was they couldn’t move us because they were all booked up. That and our room had a foul smell which reminded us of the smell you get from a cat litter box. I did mention it to the clerk upon check out. She apologized and explained she couldn’t help us out because the room wasn’t booked through them.
