“Upon check-in staff was very friendly and greeted us with a smile. The hotel appeared clean and well put together. Room/hallway were quiet! The room was nice and clean and had ample space for us as a family with 4 small children. Our bathroom door didn’t lock because the wood trim around the door was already loose. The door would slide too far forward and hit the wood trim out of the way but it didn’t cause us any issues. The beds were comfortable and the streaming services on the TV were a plus……

“The room next to us was filled with screaming kids that were screaming from 8:00pm to 12:00am. I called the front desk 6 times and went down there twice. All of those times, nobody did anything. They never came up to tell them to be quiet, though they said they would. Both of my babies woke up from the noise, it was so bad. During one of the phone calls the front desk staff could hear the kids over the phone. Yet nothing was done. The hotel said because it was booked through Expedia they……

“The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen. We didn't know that there wasn't a breakfast available. But, now we now and we plan on staying there again, because we can bring our own food and make it right there. We don't have to order out. The property and parking lot were clean. The staff was very helpful and respectful”
