The room was modern, clean, and in good condition. The breakfast is only continental, with coffee, muffins/rolls, and fruit. The motel exterior & interior halls & lobby are budget motel quality, just adequate. Staff is friendly. My two nights were quiet.

They are in the middle of a renovation. Paint tape on various walls. The room had chunks out of it, the floor molding had spots ripped out, the lotion/shampoo/conditioner bottles were used prior to being placed in the room.

The expectations does not uphold once checked in, the pictures make it seem like its a decent hotel for a decent price. I am still waiting on my refund and that is if they even going to refund me. This is actually absurd as someone who travels a lot for work.

There was gum stuck to the headboard and the bedding wasnt obviously dirty at first but it smelled strongly of dirty hair. The PTAC would only cool to 73 and the room felt humid. The TV didn't work. The person at the desk told someone coming in that they were overbooked - glad we checked in right away!

Toilet seat in room was loose, nearly fell of when I lifted the cover. I'm almost 80 and w\have difficulty walking After taking nearly 30 minutes to check in I was handed a 2nd floor room --no elevator, very steep stairs. To be fair I was checking in at 11:30 so the night clerk probably was not expected to be helpful I was taken aback after prepaying with my AMEX card the clerk required an additional $25 deposit. That should be noted on Expedia's website when hotels have deposit requirements.

The bathroom was horrible The tub look like it had a hole on the bottom. It was moldy the siding were full of silicone but not even close to the wall. The bathroom door look like someone make holes on it and instead of replacing it, they just try to patch it witch they did a horrible job. The front door the same. The room didn’t even look like the one shown on the pictures. The breakfast they offered was coffee, some apples and bananas witch I wouldn’t call that breakfast.

Bathroom smells like smoke and the toilet was making a noise when refilling every half hour. Tv did not work and had very few channels the second night after they checked it.

When checking in three people were behind the desk, all saw me come in, finally after about five minutes of being ignored one person checked me in. When finally getting into my room it smelled like stale smoke, floors were dirty, beds were uncomfortable, water pressure was very weak for a shower, water pressure in the sink was much better, tub was very slippery, TV viewing selections sucked, and at night other residents were very noisy until the early morning hours. Value of my one night stay was not nearly worth the price paid. I will never be staying there again!!!

Do not stay here! Our room smelled like cigarette smoke, had dirty sheets with pubic hair and blood spots on it! The door had been broken into and barely serviceable. After talking with the receptionist ( who was very helpful and apologetic) they changed us to a different room. I found feces on the toilet seat and it was filthy. Room three was just as dirty! We were done! We stayed at another hotel that was clean! A health inspector needs to look at this place, it is not fit for humans. They would not give me a refund! Run away from this place. The photo is of the fire alarm that had been tampered with!

We had problems with our reservation through expedia but they were able to get squared away. They were very courteous and willing to figure it out.

The whole place wreaked of cigarette smoke, there was a long strand of toilet paper jammed into the peep hole (and hanging down the door), breakfast was one muffin and a basket of apples. Stinky, filthy, turning the sink on sprayed water into the whole room, and people were in and out, being loud, all night long… and that was a Thursday! I can’t believe that anyone at Radisson knows that they have their name on such a dive. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was kind and helpful, the room was clean a d the bed comfortable. The “breakfast” is coffee and prepackaged items and the area was pretty sketchy, especially considering the price. I believe it was a hig traffic weekend though so may have been some price gouging involved. Not to take away from the first three things mentioned though.
