At the outset, on behalf of my entire team I submit my sincere apologies and regret the inconvenience caused to your good self during your stay experience at our Hotel with regards to the points stated by your good self. I understand these incidences were really unfortunate and regrettable and we feel the anguish and dissatisfaction experienced by you. Just to keep you posted that the hotel doesn't have Swimming Pool facility on site which is clearly mentioned on our official website as-well. With regards to the medicines, hotels has been directed to keep only generic first aid kit as per Ministry of Tourism, hereby I clearly remember that one of our associates guided you to speak to our Doctor on call in-case you feel like, which was politely refused by your good-self. I assure you that I will personally address the matter with the concerned team members and immediate corrective & remedial measures will be implemented. Please be rest assured that the team at The LaLiT Mangar will work on their shortcomings and I would be personally addressing and correcting all such quality related areas. Being in the midst of protected forest land, it is challenging to build our pool. However, we are in the process of obtaining the permissions and should have it ready soon. We are also chalking out other activities to engage our guests which will be implemented in the coming months, after the heat of summer has subsided.
