"It is a newer hotel. Sony default everything was updated. The pool is still being built but I know it will be great when it’s done. Restaurant attached had great food and service. From desk made my experience everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Beds were very comfortable and so were the pillows. Also the shower was amazing and the robes made you feel like royalty. "

"The stay was great. The size of the room was nice, it was clean and spotless. The bathroom had a water closet which I loved. The rooftop area was nice as well and they had good food/drinks. The location was okay. There were good food options within 15 min of the hotel. "

He took the time to ask about our preferences-what we liked and didn’t like-and then curated a perfect list of drink options tailored just for us. Each recommendation came with thoughtful insight and genuine enthusiasm. His knowledge, professionalism, and great personality truly elevated our evening. If I return to this resort, it will absolutely be because of his outstanding service and the top-notch hospitality of the restaurant staff. Truly a 5-star experience! "
