“The room was clean and spacious, with a small double appointed as a single bed which was lovely. Loads of storage space too. The bathroom was excellent, really big for a single room, and stocked with the amazing Bloom Remedies products I've come to love in this chain. I booked last minute and asked to be placed in the quietest part of the hotel, which was accommodated. The hotel is a beautiful building with lush grounds, ample parking and is situated only a 10-15min stroll from the city……

Exklusiver Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Moderne Kücheneinrichtung (Miele Spülmaschine), ausreichend Kochgeschirr, Teller und Besteck. Im Garten sind Stühle und Tische, es gibt einen Billardtisch und jede Menge Spiele und Bücher. Für den ersten Tag haben wir Milch und Marmelade im Kühlschrank vorgefunden. Salz, Pfeffer, Spültabs,……

“Room was lovely, comfortable and classy. Decor was excellent and there were some excellent touches such as a beach bag and dry robes you could use while you stay. Even a stamped postcard to send home if you wish. Staff were excellent and food was good”

“Lovely old inn within minutes' walk of the town pubs and eateries. Be aware though, the shortest route is via the steep steps aptly called 'Jacob's ladder' across the road. Hotel staff were very friendly, incredibly friendly towards the dogs making it the perfect place to stay. Clean, comfortable and a good breakfast. Will stay again.”
